G-4 THE BLUE RIBBON CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
NO APPLICATION REQUIRED, submit by January 1 to your District Director. The District Director sends names of eligible clubs to CGCI Awards Certificate Chairman by January 10. Clubs earning 100 points of a possible 200 points shall be awarded a Blue Ribbon Certificate of Achievement and be classified as a Blue Ribbon Club. Partial participation in any category will receive a partial point score. No proof of achievement is required. Return completed score sheet to your district director.
