8:30 - 9 am SET-UP: Hostesses arrive to assist invited speaker to unload and prepare for program. A posted reserved parking sign is located outside stage doors for easy access. Mabel (SGAC) sets up tables and chairs, public address system. Table Décor to be put in place. Plant sales and raffle sales item delivered and priced. Hospitality table to be laid and coffee/tea prepared by District Directors.
8:45 am ARRIVALS: Reservations Chairman arrives for 9 am registration and collection of registration and lunch fees. District Treasurer arrives to provide supplies for plant sales and raffle set-ups. District Secretary arrives to assist with nametags. Members and guests arrive. Club Presidents check the file box for their packets.
9:00 am HOSPITALITY AND SALES: Hospitality Hour and opening of plant and raffle ticket sales.
9:30-10:30 am GENERAL DISTRICT MEETING: All setup will cease and the general meeting begins. A timed agenda may be adhered to, but will allow time for important additions from clubs. All clubs are encouraged to bring announcements, materials and opportunities for sharing purposes. Table space and bulletin board will be available at each meeting for everyone's use. A short break will follow the meeting and guest speaker may continue to set up.
10:35 - Noon GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION
12:15 pm LUNCHEON IS SERVED
12:45 pm ALL SALES CLOSE
1:00 pm ADJOURNMENT: Meeting is adjourned; everything is cleaned and put away; all financial transactions completed.
2:00 pm BUILDING IS EMPTY AND SECURED.
